Our family’s involvement in beekeeping began from day one with the recognition and respect of bees as one of nature’s most important allies — a defining characteristic of organic beekeeping. For this reason, our hives have been certified in organic cultivation since the start of our activity.
Organic beekeeping is a way of life. It is about producing quality hive products, but it also teaches us to respect the needs of bees, biodiversity, and adaptation to the natural and magical workings of the bee world.

Apiary sites are chosen in areas with rich, clean vegetation, far from pollution sources and intensive crops using chemical pesticides. This ensures the collection of nectar, pollen, and honeydew from natural and safe sources.
Disease management (e.g. nosema) and pest control (varroa) relies primarily on preventive measures, biotechnical methods, and approved natural substances, in accordance with the principles of organic beekeeping.
By creating conditions close to the bees’ natural environment — exclusively wooden hives, comb building with bee autonomy, and recycling of wax from the colonies themselves.
An essential prerequisite and hallmark of organic beekeeping is respect for bee welfare. Our interventions are limited to the strictly necessary, avoiding practices that cause needless stress or weaken colonies — through continuous observation of colony development, flowering cycles, weather conditions, and above all the needs of each individual hive, making decisions that support the natural balance of the swarm.
Swarm reproduction is carried out by natural means. Adequate reserves of honey and pollen are maintained to feed the bees, so they can meet their needs naturally. For this reason, the pastures and honey varieties are not the same every year, and quantities vary — giving rise to the designation of a premium, limited-harvest product.

A sweet honey with soft and relaxing aroma. Has tonic and beneficial properties. The nectar and pollen grains of flowers and herbs from which it comes determine the properties of honey, bringing about the natural process of crystallization. Flower honey helps in the proper functioning of the digestive system, has antiseptic and antimicrobial properties while giving energy and endurance. The restoration of crystallized honey is done in a ben mari and does not affect its properties.

Thick dark honey, rich aroma, with caramel taste of low sweetness where the feeling of wood dominates. It has beneficial properties and helps in the good health of the body. It acts soothingly against influenza and bowel and urinary tract disorders thanks to its antimicrobial, disinfectant and astringent properties. It contains large amounts of potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and sodium. It is honey with the strongest antioxidant activity.

Honey with low sweetness, rich spicy aroma and a special characteristic colour, which depends on the period of its production. The flora of the harvest place determines its identity each time. Collected in Serres and Thassos island. Honey with high nutritional value. Rich in phenols, minerals, antioxidants and trace elements (protocatechic, caffeic, vanillic acid and p-coumaric acid, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc) with strong anti-inflammatory, antiseptic action and healing properties.

Excellent quality thick honey with dark amber red color and rich taste with low sweetness! Due to its low content of natural sugars, fir honey almost never sugars. It is rich in trace elements (potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, etc.). It is recommended because of its high iron content, in pregnant women and people with low iron.

Chestnut honey has a rich characteristic taste with a bitter, lasting aftertaste and a special intense aroma. Light brown or dark reddish color. We collect our chestnut honey at an altitude more than 1000 meters in the area of mount Karadere in Drama and on the third leg in Halkidiki at mount Athos. Rich in trace elements and minerals.

It has a mild reddish or dark colour. Characteristic of the heather flower / flower, (autumn heather: SOUSOURA). It acquires a buttery texture during crystallization, which occurs in a short time. Heather has beneficial effects, such as improved health, physical well-being, relaxation, peace of mind. Honey made from heather flowers is very beneficial and has the same healing properties as those of the plant.
